Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between NewPath’s Custom Mobile App for WildApricot and Personify’s WildApricot Member app?

When you deploy an app on the app store you get to brand the app with your own logo and app name. You also control the full experience in the app. WildApricot’s Member app is identical for all organizations that choose to use it, and while it is very functional it doesn’t let the brand of your organization come through. The Member app also does not provide any access to the website, whereas WAMM provides access directly to your organization’s website and member’s hub (if available).

What is the current platform availability for the Customer Member App?

Currently only iOS apps are supported.

What is the refund policy for NewPath Consulting Add-on products?

NewPath Consulting Add-on product purchases are not refundable. If the product does not meet your needs, simply do not renew after the yearly subscription expires. Please notify NewPath via the Contact form to halt a renewal of the subscription.
