Up to 10 hours of training included in a turn-key training package. Video conference training is provided for up to 10 staff and volunteers.
Membership management module covers all aspects of membership management. Topics covered include membership levels and groups, common and membership fields and reporting.
Event management module covers how to effectively configure and execute online and offline events. Topics covered include event registration types, event forms, event finances and setting up event calendars.
Finance and Donations module covers invoices, payments and the donations system. Topics covered include automatic and manual invoices, managing payments and settlements and running built-in financial reports. Donations module, if required, will be described as well.
Website, Email Marketing and the Online Store modules cover how to build beautiful WildApricot-powered websites, send automatic and manual emails to your database. We also cover how to configure and use the online store to sell physical and digital goods and services.
