WildApricot Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Work Overview

A CRM will effectively migrate, onboard and train customers.

Some examples of tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Setup database and website migrations with customer input and feedback
  • Lead virtual design and implementation meetings with customers
  • Update and maintain detailed correspondence in Slack and Notion
  • Create and update training materials

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to learn new skills
  • Superior communication and writing skills
  • 1-5 years experience with customers in a sales or customer support role 
  • A good command of the English language 
  • Working knowledge of  one or more of the following products: WildApricot, WordPress, Make.com
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with JavaScript, PHP or REST APIs is a plus

Compensation

  • Part-time compensation ranges between $25-50 per hour and can vary with experience and expertise demonstrated

AccountBridge Support

The AccountBridge Support staff will help customers configure and use AccountBridge product.

Some examples of tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Connect WildApricot accounting requirements to existing QuickBooks Destktop/Online customer setups
  • Training NewPath customers and staff on the capabilities of AccountBridge
  • Maintain online documentation
  • Maintain correspondence through our customer support system, Slack

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to learn new skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Excellent electronic communication etiquette skills including a good command of the English language 
  • Working knowledge of  one or more of the following products: QuickBooks Desktop for Canadian and US businesses, QuickBooks Online, WildApricot, Make

Compensation

  • Part-time compensation is $35-60 per hour, but can vary with experience and expertise demonstrated
  • This is a contract position that is commensurate with customer demand

Sales & Marketing Leader

Our Sales & Marketing Leader will lead and implement all our sales and marketing efforts including:

  • Creating original content for our website and email campaigns
  • Collaborating with our partners on webinars and other co marketing efforts 
  • Creating original graphics and articles for our product and services
  • Ensuring ongoing social media campaigns are well fed and monitored 
  • Monitoring our Google analytics and email marketing performance to hit our KPIs
  • Creating sales proposals and following up to close
  • Going on customer calls

Some examples of tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Composing and sending a monthly newsletter out to our mailing list
  • Creating Social Media content
  • Updating our collateral for distribution to prospects (presentations and brochures)

Full Stack Developer


NewPath Consulting is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic React/Vite/Node.js developer with deep experience in API development and a strong proficiency in building and managing integrations using the Make.com (formerly Integromat) platform. You will be instrumental in developing custom solutions that connect WildApricot and other key applications with a variety of third-party services, leveraging the power of Make.com to automate workflows and drive client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend integrations primarily using React/Vite/Node.js for custom logic with Make.com integrations.
  • Architect and implement API integrations between various applications and the Make.com platform.
  • Become a subject matter expert in utilizing the full capabilities of Make.com, including building complex scenarios, leveraging a wide range of modules, and implementing advanced logic.
  • Connect WildApricot and other client systems with external services (e.g., CRM, email marketing, payment gateways) via their APIs using Make.com as the central automation engine.
  • Develop custom Make.com modules or utilize webhooks and API calls from Make.com to Node.js backend services when necessary for advanced functionality.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable React/Node.js code to support and enhance AccountBridge product.
  • Collaborate closely with our client success team, project managers, and other technical specialists to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Make.com integrations and AccountBridge front end code.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices within the Make.com ecosystem and Node.js development.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to improve our integration service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in React/Vite/Node.js backend development with a strong focus on API integration.
  • Significant and demonstrable hands-on experience working extensively with the Make.com (formerly Integromat) platform. This includes designing and implementing complex multi-step scenarios, utilizing a wide array of connectors, error handling, and understanding its limitations and strengths.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and experience with other API protocols.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming in Node.js.
  • Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of integrating disparate systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical team members and clients.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with the WildApricot API.
  • Familiarity with other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n).
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Docker).
  • Experience with scripting languages beyond JavaScript (e.g., Python).

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to drive new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, demonstrating the value of AccountBridge’s integration solution, and converting leads into successful, long-term partnerships. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, a strong grasp of sales processes, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients within the association and club market, utilizing various methods including online research, industry databases, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and other outbound strategies.
  • Value Proposition Communication: Clearly and persuasively articulate the features and benefits of AccountBridge, emphasizing its ability to streamline financial management and improve efficiency for WildApricot users.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand prospect’s current financial processes, pain points, and integration needs.
  • Product Demonstration: Schedule and deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing how AccountBridge solves specific challenges and delivers tangible ROI.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking of progress within the CRM.
  • Closing Deals: Confidently guide prospects through the sales process, address objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, communications, and lead information within our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and client success teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies and materials.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Staying Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of AccountBridge’s features, benefits, and target market, as well as industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, ideally with experience selling SaaS solutions or financial software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
