Instant, business-class support from real people

Probably the best single feature of the TypePad system is not necessarily the system itself. Rather it is the high quality support you receive when you register for a paid TypePad account.

Support is available 24×7 through the online help and ticket system, and many times you get an answer within a few hours. The support is accurate, friendly and always in depth. As long as you explain your problem clearly, you will get a clear answer with step by step instructions. We’ve never been disappointed by the quality of the support provided by SixApart staff.
